This service is perfect for homeowners who live in their home while having it listed for sale or for those DIY enthusiasts.

We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our assessment time.

Our goal is to help you create an environment that appeals to the largest number of buyers by enhancing the positive features and reducing any negative aspects of the home. During this  assessment, we will go through each space addressing the following:

  • Curb appeal
  • Improving the flow & function of all rooms.
  • Eliminating excess belongings & unnecessary pieces
  • Closet organization
  • Paint color recommendations (if needed)
  • Lighting recommendations

You will get a detailed Selling Success Plan.

Homes larger than 3500 sqf will typically require longer than average assessment time and will be charged at a flat fee of $350.

During the Walk & Talk we determine a styling package your home need. We take inventory of what items in your home can be used and determine if you need. any additional decor items to complete the staging look. On your staging day, we will use your accessories and furniture to the best of our abilities and create a look that will better appeal to potential home buyers in your area.

Starting with a home assessment, we deliver a proposal that provides a Good, Better, Best option to fit every budget.

We use top quality furnishings in order to achieve that model home look that guarantees a buyer will 'fall in love'.

We understand current design trends and know how to create emotional connection points so buyers want to buy your property.

For much less than the cost of a price reduction, our vacant staging program works to sell properties faster and for more money.

 Afterwards, we'll e-mail a proposal to you outlining all staging and rental costs for your particular property. Once proposal has been accepted and staging agreement signed and returned then we can get started, while you relax.
